Lauren is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a master’s degree from Pepperdine University. She has experience working with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, and PTSD. Deeply passionate about the healing power of therapy, Lauren understands that the process can feel daunting at first. She is dedicated to creating a safe, validating, and supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and understood.

For those who prefer a more structured framework, she employs evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also incorporating strengths-based Rogerian therapy. Lauren firmly believes that clients are the experts of their own healing, with therapists serving as guides.
