We are not contracted as in-network providers for any insurance companies. If you are interested in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company we are happy to provide you with a SuperBill. We always recommend that you speak with your insurance company to understand their ‘qualifying conditions’ and rates of reimbursement for out of network providers.
While we use a number of approaches depending on the best practices for the diagnosis or problem being addressed, most are rooted in a Cognitive Behavioral approach. (including CBIT, ERP, COMB) We pull in ACT and embed our overarching approach within a solution focused, client centered, Non Violent Resistance and family systems philosophy.
We love you and don’t want to drag things out. Particularly for the first 6-8 sessions, we find that meeting weekly offers the continuity and consistency to get things moving. we may have mentioned that we care about you. That means that once you are ours, we are yours. We will do our absolute best to support you and/or your kiddo in the future should you need to check in, re-tool or touch base. We feel honored when your teens reach out as they mature and honored that you consider us as trusted adults they can look to if needed.
Our rates do vary depending on who, what and for how long.
Our licensed therapists – $200 50 min
$300 90 min family sessions
Group sessions vary; between $50-100
Associate therapists $150 50 min
Telehealth adds a layer of flexibility that can be valuable and helpful and we are glad to offer telehealth sessions in California.
You have a right to a good faith estimate of expected charges for your mental health services. Such estimate is available at your request.
There is something unmatched about meeting in person. Especially with children, in person sessions really are worth the extra effort.
